光华龙腾奖于2005年创立，2011年经国家科学技术奖励办公室批准成为中国设计行业人才表彰奖。光华龙腾奖以“发现优秀设计人才，树立自主创新楷模”为宗旨，设立迄今已成功举办十八届。
第十九届光华龙腾奖·浙江省设计业十大杰出青年颁奖典礼，于2024年1月19日，在杭州良渚梦栖小镇举行。GOODO 谷岛设计事务所创始人&设计总监董合肃荣获了“浙江省设计业十大杰出青年”的殊荣。这是对我们坚持从事设计行业十余载，并不断赋能产业创新发展的肯定。在新的一年里，我们也将继续努力，持续探索创新设计。

秉持可持续发展的理念，以多元、国际化的设计视野，不断突破与创新设计，创建多元化的综合设计机构。十几年设计行业实践者，在品牌战略规划、家具设计、产品设计、产品研发、空间设计等设计领域积累了丰富的经验。
他带领设计团队与国内外众多品牌合作，设计了400多件优秀作品，其作品涵盖了家具、产品、汽车、空间、品牌、动画等多个领域。多次荣获德国红点产品设计奖、德国IF设计大奖、IDA美国国际设计大奖、伦敦杰出地产大奖、意大利A’design设计奖、美国室内设计年度金奖、亚洲设计奖金奖、金腾奖、晶麒麟奖、中国家具设计金点奖、中国设计红星奖等三十余项国内外知名设计奖项。
坚持可持续性设计，立足于本土文化，融合东西方美学，努力探索联系当代设计与未来生活的无限可能。
The DDF AWARDS was founded in 2005 and was approved by the National Science and Technology Award Office in 2011 to become the Talent Recognition Award for the Chinese Design Industry. DDF AWARDS aims to "discover outstanding design talents and establish models of independent innovation" and has been successfully held for 18 times since its establishment.
The 19th DDF AWARDS·Zhejiang Province Design Industry Top Ten Outstanding Youth Award Ceremony will be held in Hangzhou on January 19, 2024. Hanson Dong, founder and design director of GOODO design, won the honor of "Top Ten Outstanding Young People in the Design Industry of Zhejiang Province". This is an affirmation that we have persisted in the design industry for more than ten years and continue to empower industry innovation and development. Adhering to the concept of sustainable development, with a diversified and international design vision, we continue to make breakthroughs and innovative designs, and create a diversified comprehensive design agency. A practitioner in the design industry for more than ten years, he has accumulated rich experience in design fields such as brand strategic planning, furniture design, product design, product research and development, and space design.
He led the design team to cooperate with many domestic and foreign brands and designed more than 400 excellent works. His works cover furniture, products, cars, space, brands, animation and other fields. He has won the German Red Dot Product Design Award, the German IF Design Award, the IDA American International Design Award, the London Outstanding Real Estate Award, the Italian A'design Design Award, the American Interior Design Annual Gold Award, the Asian Design Gold Award, the Jin Teng Award, and the Crystal Qilin for many times. Award, China Furniture Design Golden Pin Award, China Design Red Star Award and more than 30 well-known domestic and foreign design awards.
